Ecoplast is a daughter company of Ecopolis and is the only enterprise in Russia engaged in processing blended plastics. The company produces and sells high-quality secondary granules of ABS, PS, and PP.

About project

The entire team of TRUST PROJECT was excited to learn that their next project would be with Ecoplast. Not only is Ecoplast a large and well-known company in Russia, but also TRUST PROJECT was to construct a facility that would help preserve the environment, i.e. a factory that would recycle plastic waste. Ecoplast is a part of a Ecopolis which is the only company in Russia that focuses on recycling electronic equipment. Another challenge the team faced was the fact that a 27 meter wall was to be built to separate the facility of Ecoplast from other residents of Technopolis Moscow.

Professional expertise

After the construction was completed the team of TRUSTPROJECT provided mounting supervision of the production lines and further consulted the employees of Ecoplast. That helped make sure the high quality of the mounting as well as avoid possible malfunctioning of the lines in the future.

Project results

Even though the equipment was installed at the same time as the construction of the facilities, the team managed to complete the project on time. As a result, the 2000 square meter production facility of Ecoplast that was based on the most advanced technologies became operational within a noticeably short period of time.
